Deviled Chicken

1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon water 2 tablespoons oil Appr. 3 lbs chicken, cut up Directions: | 1. | In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard and water; stir to blend well. | | 2. | Heat oil in a large skillet; add chicken and brown well on both sides, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken to a shallow baking pan. | | 3. | Pour off fat in skillet; add ketchup sauce mixture, stirring to loosen browned particles in bottom of pan. | | 4. | Pour sauce over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes. | | 5. | Remove foil; continue to bake until chicken is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes longer. |
