Deviled ChickenDeviled Chicken

Servings: 4
Cook time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:

    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon water
    2 tablespoons oil
    Appr. 3 lbs chicken, cut up

Directions:

1.In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard and water; stir to blend well.
2.Heat oil in a large skillet; add chicken and brown well on both sides, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken to a shallow baking pan.
3.Pour off fat in skillet; add ketchup sauce mixture, stirring to loosen browned particles in bottom of pan.
4.Pour sauce over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
5.Remove foil; continue to bake until chicken is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes longer.
