I absolutely love my Palm Treo 700WX. It has served me well for the most part. The WM5 OS crashed on me one time within the first year. Verizon sent me a relpacement at no charge. WM5 has much room for improvement but overall the ease of use, functionality, and convenince is good. I do not have a lot of experince with other mobile phones but one thing that really sold me on the treo was the exposed keyboard. You can easily type with one thumb if necessary. The slide out and horizontal keyboards make the phone hard to hold and type at the same time. I have addeded many programs to expand the use of my 700WX.
